Esmar Engineering ApS is a Danish company founded in 2014 by Morten Wedel.
Morten Wedel has throughout his professional life searched for new and better solutions for the maritime industry. His work with propeller design, propeller control-mechanisms as well as advanced gearbox design and ship hull optimization sparked his idea for the creation of the VanishProp.

Morten has an elaborate network in the maritime industry. He has more than 10 years of extensive design experience within the area of gearboxes, propellers and many other mechanical system for the maritime industry.
Thomas Oxholm
Co-owner and business developer
Thomas is professional project developer and fundraiser. He has vast experience with administration of his own companies and development of major projects.
Simon Munck
Co-owner
Simon has vast experience in running his own businesses. He is the owner of a contracting company that facilitates renovation and building projects. He is a very capable carpenter and is responsible for the model work in connection with the development of the VanishProp test model.
